- Graduate from Accreditation Nursing School in your country
- Customer service skills are required
- Minimal has 5 years experienced working in hospital
- Recent experience in the specialty area is required
- Candidate must have RN License;
- Excellent inter-personal skills and communication style (English);
- Recent Continuing Care Coordination/Case Management experience;
- Knowledge of current Utilization Management, as well as Discharge Planning,
- Nursing care plan implementation of Jordan Hospital systems;
- Ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external providers;
- Case Management Principles, 3rd Party Payor and Review requirements;
- Certification in Case Management, other realated area, or willingness to pursue;
- All candidadte must have Knowledge of Basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Typing);
